Autumn Wedding Flowers – Wedding Stories

Autumn Wedding Flowers

Autumn wedding flowers - wedding stories

Since we are already in the autumn season, this post will focus on autumn wedding flowers and autumn wedding bouquets. Imagine warmer seasonal colors for example from berries, oak leaves, twigs, chili and ivy.

An autumn wedding inspirational bouquet is allowed to be a bit bold and daring. It doesn’t necessarily need to look perfectly arranged. You can leave that to the cutesie spring flowers and summer bouquets. For autumn wedding, focus on burgundy, gold, orange, greens and reds. You can incorporate blackberries, chili peppers, cherry brandy roses and burgundy carnations to add to that autumny look. Or choose flowers and greens inspired by the woodland. Experiment with twigs (not the prickly ones), ferns, moss and maybe even pinecones.

If the groom is looking to complement the bride’s autumn wedding bouquet, he could add a stylish single flower and some berries to his boutonniere, which are also used in the bouquet.

You can also create stunning autumn inspired table center pieces. You could make table runners from beautiful oak leaves or use plain branches and decorate them with lots of candles, crystals and a few autumny flowers. Autumn is a fun season to create something unique.

Have fun with it!
